Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your CaliSensual account and visiting My Account → Memberships. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation must be completed prior to your renewal date to avoid charges for the next period. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — you must complete the cancellation process as described.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. CaliSensual does not issue refunds or credits for unused time, partial months, or dissatisfaction with the service. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content and agree that all charges are final.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on CaliSensual, including images, videos, text, logos, and designs, is the property of CaliSensual or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
